The Apollo Course is a five day residential course of learning and activity to set you on the path to a healthier and happier future.

The course is an evidence based, holistic health and fitness programme designed to achieve sustainable physical and mental health improvement.

This doctor led programme uses a mixture of education, mindfulness, gentle physical exercise and lifestyle modification advice to help substantially reduce the risk of preventable diseases such as:

Heart disease • Type 2 diabetes Premature age-related conditions

As part of the course we take blood tests (optional) to measure cholesterol and triglyceride levels as well as kidney and liver function.

We also take measurements such as BMI, blood pressure and blood glucose. For those at risk of pre-diabetes, a fasting blood glucose can be measured. Results are made available for you to share with your GP.

Guests receive an individual consultation with the course doctor to discuss their results and ask any questions.

Weight loss Activity Knowledge

Devised by Dr Joe Rowles, best known as Medical Director for hit US TV show Survivor, the Apollo Course is brand new to the UK.

Unlike some traditional Boot Camps,
the Apollo Course is a holistic experience taking into account your need for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Although still challenging and rewarding,
the Apollo Course focuses on moderate exercise and education to help you change your lifestyle for the better.

The Apollo Course Team believe that a
healthy lifestyle can in turn lead to better mental health.
